It takes approximately 5-7 business days for production (Saturday and Sunday are not business days), maybe even longer depending on the decoration, like embroidery, and cut & sew, which usually has a longer production time. It will then be packaged and shipped to your destination.

Please note that within the production time, you will not receive a tracking number and/or a shipping email confirmation until your order has been officially shipped. Your package should roughly arrive within -7-10 business days once it's been shipped from our facility.

Please feel free to contact us at support@geniistreetwear.com if it has been more than 14 days since you have not received a shipping confirmation.
